From the north, take I-5 to the Central Mount Shasta exit, turn left and go over bridge.  Go through 1 stop light and turn left on Pine St.  Travel 1 block, practice is on the right.

From the south, take I-5 to the Central Mount Shasta exit, turn right.  Go through 1 stop light and turn left on Pine St.  Travel 1 block, practice is on the right.
